TERMITE INSPECTIONS

Hundreds of Central Texas homes are affected by dangerous subterranean termites every year. These tiny insects are hard to spot because they burrow deep within your home’s structure and eat away at the wooden frame.

We offer full-service termite inspections to make sure your home is free of termites and other wood-destroying insects. We look for signs of termites such as wings, destroyed wood, wood pellets etc. and then point out any conditions that are conducive for termites.

When you think you may have termites, turn to SA Inspect. We provide wood-destroying insect inspection services for a variety of pests, including:

  • Carpenter ants
  • Subterranean termites
  • Dry wood termites
  • Powder-post beetles
  • Carpenter bees

INSURANCE

4-POINT INSPECTIONS

We offer a limited scope inspection called a 4-point inspection that can be provided to insurance companies so that they will insure the property. The four points that are inspected are the roof, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system.

We can perform a thorough four-point inspection to determine the integrity of these systems and satisfy all Texas homeowner’s insurance requirements. These four points are inspected because they are the four most common components of a home that claims are filed on.

While a 4 point inspection does cover similar components of a full home inspection it is much more limited in scope and detail. The 4 point inspection is designed specifically for insurance companies to let them know what the conditions of the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roof are, whereas a full home inspection is designed to be more in depth and to make sure you know the condition of the home prior to you making such a large investment.

We recommend that when you are purchasing a home you also double-check with your insurance company to see if they will require a 4 point inspection. That way it can be completed at the same time as the home inspection for a reduced fee.

Schedule your four-point inspection online today.

We are NAWT (National Association of Wastewater Technicians) certified. Having a trained professional such as us inspect your home’s septic system can ensure that you make a good buying decision, have a working septic system, and sleep well at night knowing what is going on in your septic tank.
