After serving honorably in the Navy for four years, I moved to San Antonio, TX in 2007. My Son was born a year later in 2008. After that, I held multiple jobs in the mortgage industry for some of the largest banks in America. The roles I filled in that industry include management, mortgage processing, policy and procedure writing, and quality assurance. I took the time to reflect on my life, and I realized I wanted to keep helping people get into the homes of their dreams, but I didn’t want to do it sitting behind a desk any longer. At that point, I decided to get the necessary education and certifications required to become a home inspector. I bring this same exact mentality I learned from working for the Navy, and all of those companies to your home inspection! On every inspection, I pay close attention to detail in every room and system I’m inspecting. While some inspectors have the philosophy that they can get every home inspected in 1 to 2 hours, we have the philosophy that every home takes as long as it needs to inspect.
